Coverage
We ship within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international: contact us before ordering — usually possible, always quoted first. Local pickup in La Crosse, Wisconsin is free — choose it at checkout and we'll arrange a time and place when your build is ready.
Processing vs. transit
Two clocks run on every order. Processing is our time: ready-to-ship systems leave within 2 business days; build-to-order systems ship after the build time shown on the product page and at checkout. Transit is the carrier's time — it's shown by the carrier once your tracking number is live. You'll receive status updates as your build moves through the shop, and a tracking number the day it ships.
Delays
Rare, but real: a part arriving dead, a failed stress test we won't ship through, order verification, carrier issues or severe weather. If your estimate slips materially, we tell you — you won't have to chase us.
How it ships
Insured for full value, signature required on delivery, internals foam-packed (GPU supported or separately packed when appropriate).
Keep the box
Keep the original box and internal packaging at least until you're confident the system is stable — it's what you'd use for any warranty trip back to us.
Damage in transit
Photograph the box before opening if it looks rough. Report visible damage or a non-functional system within 48 hours of delivery to clockedoutpc@gmail.com with photos; we handle the carrier insurance claim and repair or replace per the Warranty Policy.
Address errors
We ship to the address on the order. If you spot a mistake, contact us before it ships; post-shipment address changes depend on the carrier and may incur their fees.
