Where's my build?
Two ways to check, both showing the same live Shopify status: the link in your order emails, or your account.
Fastest route
Your order confirmation email
Every order email contains a View your order button. That page shows live payment, fulfillment and delivery status, plus the carrier tracking number once your system ships.
Order history
Your account
Enter the email address you used at checkout and Shopify emails you a 6-digit sign-in code — there is no password to remember. Once you are in, every order placed with that email is listed with its live status and tracking.
Status
What the status means
Confirmed
Payment received. Shopify emails your confirmation with a View your order link, and the order appears in your account right away.
In progress
The order stays unfulfilled while a build-to-order system is assembled and tested. Nothing changes online during this part — that is normal.
Shipped
We mark the order fulfilled and Shopify emails the carrier tracking number. Your account and the order page then show live tracking.
Delivered
The carrier confirms delivery (signature required) and the status updates to delivered.
