We do not sell customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or order information for money. Personal information is disclosed only when reasonably necessary to provide our services, such as to Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, and professional service providers.

Clocked Out PC LLC does not directly collect, access, or store customers’ full credit or debit card numbers, CVV security codes, card expiration dates, or complete payment credentials. Payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider available at checkout. We may receive limited transaction information, including payment status, payment method, card brand, transaction identifiers, and the last four digits of the payment card.

We limit access to customer information to Clocked Out PC LLC and service providers that reasonably need the information to perform services on our behalf. We collect and retain only the information reasonably necessary to operate our business, complete transactions, provide requested services, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.

We will not intentionally use personal information in a manner materially different from what is described in this Privacy Policy without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent when required.
